Using the site properly. Please give accurate information and submit requests only for property you own or are allowed to act for. Don't use the site to send spam, collect other people's data or interfere with how it runs.

Information on the site. Costs, laws and permit details are general information gathered from public sources and may change. They are not quotes, legal advice or insurance advice. Check anything important with the right office or a qualified professional.

Limits. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from any roofer's work.
